Julia is originally from Deridder Louisiana.
Earning her degree in Mass Communication from Louisiana College in Pineville, she broke away quickly and became a television producer for KALB news ch.5, an NBC affiliate in Alexandra Louisiana.
Not long ago, she left there to pursue a master’s degree in Business right here at MSU while working as the MCOM administrative assistant, and ‘right hand’ of the department.
While in Lake Charles she has also worked part-time for Fox 29. You may recognize her broadcasting live, the McNeese Cowboys football tailgate parties.
She, very much, enjoys her job, her daughter and hopefully a bright future with her 2011 MBA from McNeese State University.
