Patrick (Andy) Luster came to us in the Fall of 2006 from Illinois State University where he completed his Master’s of Science degree in Communication.
He acts as the Assistant Director of the award winning McNeese Speech and Debate team, as well as an Instructor.
Andy has many interests in the field of Communication that include broadcasting, interpersonal, political campaign, small group, as well as public speaking, and he teaches courses in all of these areas.
Some of Andy’s personal interests include building Legos, fantasy sports, video games, traveling, and outdoor activities. He is also an avid Chicago Cubs fan, and is pursuing an interest in studying how fans of sports teams deal with constant disappointment, and the communication strategies they use to cope.
